IMPECCABLE!! I have never met Vanessa in person since the first time she contacted me, which has never been a barrier to show her professionalism and enthusiasm. To be honest, I have to say, I am impressed. To sell my house was not easy because of so many reasons, I have pending issues with the land tax authority and the bank, as I do not live in Melbourne, things went really slow, but she never complained, neither said a word with negative emotion. On the contrary, her actions showed how efficient she is. After the tenant moved out, the house became empty which was in an inappropriate condition to have a tour or presentation to the potential buyers, she managed to get good offers, and got all furniture in before I managed the international transfer. It was really helpful. There are so many stories during these 6 months, I was not even sure if I could sell the house. But she made it, from the auction, online advertisement and the final negotiation with the buyers. Although it is certain that she has the entire team to back her up, her attitude, her persistence and optimism made so much difference, without her, I may lose more for this property as the COVID 19 swept the world, it is so difficult and risky even to move around in the crowed, yet Vanessa always took potential buyers to the house without so much protection, thank God her immune system is so strong that she did not suffer from the COVID 19. Vanessa is a thorough professional and was extremely supportive not only during the selling process but throughout the entire waiting/settlement period of ~3 months. It was my first home and I had many queries as well as bit of nervousness but she was extremely patient to handle them with maturity and professionalism.
