Kristy Wang

As a Director at Established Property, I bring solid leasing and sales experience to my role. With an extensive database spanning both local and Chinese connections, I can broaden buyer reach and break down communication barriers for overseas clients looking to buy or sell in Australia.

After leaving China in 2001, I gained qualifications in marketing management before joining the business's leasing department in 2013. I now look after staff management, training and personal development at Established Property.

Handling around 70 to 80 sales a year, I list alongside Fadi Saad in Sanctuary Lakes, dealing mostly with Asian and Indian vendors and buyers who are often relocating here from overseas or other parts of Melbourne. Many of my clients are buying or selling for the first time in Australia, and I often advise on styling and presentation, guide them through the process and work hard to negotiate a price that both parties are happy with.

Now living locally with my young family, I have excellent local knowledge and look forward to seeing the area mature with greater services and infrastructure, including shops, schools and health services. My greatest pleasure is helping buyers find their ideal home, and selling at the best price for vendors.
