Alex Sherwin

As a Director at Established Property, the most rewarding part of my job is helping people achieve their property goals. Starting out in property management at a previous company, I joined the business in 2004 and now handle sales, with my homes on the market for an average of just 23 days.

As a long-time Point Cook resident myself, I know this to be a wonderful region for families and look forward to more infrastructure and the West Gate Tunnel over the next five years. At Est we offer clients a boutique service with a high level of detail. By focusing on the story and needs of my clients, and utilising my unparalleled local knowledge and strong negotiation skills, I am able to balance the needs of vendor and seller to reach a mutually agreeable sale. Clients praise my trustworthy, assertive and positive approach and attention to detail.

Data-driven decision-making is another strength, and my excellent sales results in the region have earned me many repeat clients, glowing testimonials, and realestate.com.au Agent of the Year awards on multiple occasions for Point Cook. Outside of work I spend time with my young family, I am interested in fitness, movies and the AFL, and I'm a fanatical Western Bulldogs supporter.
