Overall, there was definitely a decrease in volume of sold properties in 2023 making it a competitive market for not only buyers, but also for real estate agencies in Point Cook.

Established Property Team
This year was not only dynamic in terms of the industry, but also for our team members. We had people upskill themselves, earn certificates and win industry awards. Our property management and sales team both saw new talent come on board. We improved our marketing and business development departments. One of our directors celebrated 20 years in real estate and we promoted 2 women to start their own office in the east and become directors themselves. We celebrated 2 engagements, 3 weddings, 6 babies and 1 grandchild being born in our Established family this year.
